 This meeting’s focus is on identifying and supporting students who are academically gifted and have another “exceptionality” including learning disabilities and differences, executive function challenges, socioemotional special needs, ADHD, ASD, physical disabilities, health conditions, or any other special need.

At our meetings, you always have the opportunity to:

  • Meet with other parents to share experiences and offer mutual support;

  • Join our parents-only email support list, to ask questions and share resources;

  • Learn about what is happening in the district with respect to advanced learning;

  • Voice your concerns about advanced learning needs in CPS;

  • Find ways to affect positive change for children of all backgrounds on the "fringes of a circle.”
